The Clip

The viral moment comes from a video on the video-sharing platform "YouTube", uploaded by Ross Smith, "We Ran Over A Breast Implant With A Truck".

50 seconds into the video, an elderly couple are having a delightful conversation in their truck, when the older male of the leaves older woman alone in the vehicle. The grandmother utters her infamous line "Oh finally," before releasing a hilarious fart that lasts approximately 5 seconds. She immediately sees her boyfriend re-approaching the vehicle, uttering an "Oh shit" before the clip cuts her off.

The joke here is that she was waiting until her elderly beau leaves the truck before farting. Once he leaves, she can fart freely in a hilarious manner. Unfortunately for the woman, her companion returns too soon, causing her to say "Oh shit" in alarm, as she knows he will catch a whiff of her sin.
